We needed a property survey done and I have never had one done before. I asked around and we were recommended ECS by Builders and Property Inspectors with decades of Brisbane experience. From the initial phone queries, emails conversations, bookings, to the final plans the process was so fluid. Angelina looked after the bookings and invoices and initial queries. The surveyor, Mark, was professional, humble , amiable & accommodating. He had 3 decades of experience and it showed. However I was amazed at his people skills and patience. This experience exceeded both my and the Project Managers expectations. He did this 5 hour survey on a 33+ degree Brisbane day in February 2016 with ridiculous humidity. Good old fashioned service with old fashioned no nonsense coupled with rare known how & professionalism. To the team @ ECS, Thank you so much.
